# Filing of sales invoices

💡 Reminder

The modules you have access to depend on the role assigned to you by your administrator. To be able to file documents, you must have the Deposit role activated.

# Accessing the deposit module

Once connected to the platform, you can access the deposit module by clicking on the DROPZONE heading and then choosing the type of file you wish to deposit. Depending on the subscriptions you have taken out, one or more types of documents may be available.

To deposit files, simply click on the POST YOUR FILES button or drag and drop the PDF file(s) you wish to deposit. The eFacture deposit module allows you to deposit both your sales invoices and your credit notes.

💡 Reminder

If the processing of your documents requires the addition of a CSV file, also upload it here along with the corresponding PDF files.

If necessary, you can view all the files you are about to transmit by clicking on the LIST MODE button.

Once you are ready to upload your files, click on DEPOSIT ALL FILES. A transfer window will appear at the bottom right of your screen to inform you of the progress of your upload.

Once your files have been uploaded, a notification will appear informing you of the success of the upload. Your documents are now correctly handled by the platform.

In case of error during the transfer, you will be notified and receive an email to inform you of the failure of the transfer.
