# Filing of other HR documents
✔️ Pre-requisites
For other HR documents to be taken into account, you must have the Annexes option on the company concerned. To benefit from this option, contact your administrator.
The other HR documents can only be sent to employees for whom at least one pay slip has already been validated and distributed.
The dematerialization solution for payslips defines other HR documents as documents sent independently from pay slips (as opposed to pay slips annexes). There are two types of other HR documents:
- Customized other documents (where the information concerning the recipient is contained in the document)
- Generic other documents (where the information concerning the recipient is not contained in the document and must be sent separately)
# Filing of customized other HR documents
If you wish to submit personalized HR documents in bulk, you can do so from the module for submitting other HR documents, provided you follow the following requirements:
- Your documents must be in PDF format and follow the mailing template downloadable in the deposit area on the left.
- You can have one or more documents contained in one or more PDFs.
Once your documents are uploaded in the left module, you can click on the UPLOAD ALL FILES button to send them.

If you wish to submit generic HR documents in bulk, you can do so from the module for submitting other HR documents, provided you follow the following requirements:
- Your documents must be in PDF format and be accompanied by an .XLSX file describing them, the template for which can be downloaded in the filing area on the right.
- You can upload one or more PDFs as long as each one is accompanied by a descriptive XLSX file with the same name.
Once your documents have been uploaded in the right hand module you can click on the UPLOAD ALL FILES button to send them.
